This is Steves Beach Sandown on the Isle of Wight has a long wide sandy beach with a slow incline which is popular with families. It is south facing so lovely and relaxing to sit on the warm sand and have a picnic or frequent one of the plentiful cafes and bistros. Chairs, loungers, windbreaks , brollies, water-sports equipment and even beach huts can be hired.
