107 - Newtown birds and boats

if you are able to get to Newtown early there are lots of birds to spot. I sketched this on location in a fierce wind, the boat shed provided a bit of a wind break from the icy blast. I like the subtle colours in the mud with the mauve, mint and steely blue/grey.
